Dr Motsei has served in several senior management and executive positions. She was a partner at the Heidrick & Struggles Johannesburg office and a member of the firm’s global leadership consulting practice. Prior to that, she was Executive Director for Human Resources and Transformation at MMI Holdings.

Dr Motsei has a wealth of experience in financial services, OEM, executive education and infrastructure consulting sectors. She currently serves on the boards of Sanlam Developing Markets, Safrican Insurance Company, GIBS and Zutari.
