Ana is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the financial services, retail, automotive and mobility, and gaming sectors. She has extensive experience in corporate strategy, finance, business development, market expansion, corporate governance, and operational leadership.

Before joining Zeda Limited, Ana held various senior leadership roles within blue-chip organisations, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer positions. Her primary focus was on leading business transformation initiatives, driving accelerated growth, and enhancing operational excellence across complex and highly regulated environments.

Throughout her career, she has overseen substantial balance sheets and led diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, consistently delivering sustainable commercial outcomes and building high-performance cultures. Over this period, she played a key role in driving innovation, strengthening strategic partnerships, and supporting organisations through periods of significant change and expansion.

Ana holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of London in the United Kingdom.
